ISO-dial M10-M out of aligment.

Hi,

 

The ISO dial of my M10-M is out of aligment. The value changes (unlike other posts I've seen that it didn't work at all) but the actual value indicated on the screen does not match the dial. 

I've tried a 'factory reset' from the menu, but no success.  

Does anybody know a fix or does it need to be sent to Wetzlar for repair?

Yes, I tried that. Leica had to fix it. The ISO dial is connected magnetically through the metal skull of the body. So somehow, they had to adjust it.

Last year my M10R suffered the same issue. Contacted Leica NJ then sent the camera body to them. I had the camera back in hand about six weeks later. I’ll post link to my post on this site. My experience with Leica NJ was positive.
