Summilux-R 50mm 1.4 - Focus Ring changing aperture?

Hey there. I recently inherited a Leica R9 togehter with a Summilux-R 50mm 1.4 lens. I already shot a whole film, when suddenly the focus ring started to act weird, not being able to focus to infinity anymore. As I was turning left and right to find a cause, it started changing the aperture, without me turning the aperture ring. Now I am at a point, where I can't focus at all, but change the aperture through my focus ring. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or can someone identify what's wrong and how I could fix it?

Would be very thankful for any tips that don't involve sending the thing back to Leica. I have already dug into some videos and forums, and I think the problem would be with the connection of the lens modul with the focus-ring module, but I couldn't find any instructions on how to (dis)assemble both parts for this particular lens. (Which should be possible, since the focus ring itself had no problems?)

I am not sure whether Leica will service an R lens. I would advise a third-party repair shop.

Update: after some more turning, it came apart. How do I put it back together? I can't seem to align these recesses correctly, it always comes back apart.
