Sounds like they are testing the water, one of those grainy emulsions with a strange colour palette and a degree of halation that would have been an in-house test in the pre-hipster era. But this one seems to be something new, not another derivative of that old Agfa formula, and is made at the factory in England, a first for colour. It's much more 'Ilford' than the current rebadged 'Ilfocolor', but they can't call it that because they only have the rights to the brand for B&W.
