What about delivery of the new 50 lux?

I made my order just the day it was announced and my retailer have not received one copy of a black 50 lux. He got one silver in stock but that's not my color.

Are they in short supply?

I received my lens, 4 weeks ago.  No information about delivery or production issues

DickGillberg,   I had no issue picking up my copy while in the US.  My Leica dealer had several in stock back in April, all black versions looking for new homes.  The Leica Stores get first dibs on any new products, followed by Authorized Dealers next in line.  Like SiggiGun noted in his post, I have not heard of any production issues.  The updated lens is stellar.  r/ Mark

I received mine about a month after it was announced - on May 11th. I ordered it from Adorama.
