Advertisement Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 Hi yuanna, Take a look here Leica Elmar M90/4 Collapsible Lens first version on Sony. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
lct Posted June 20, 2023 Share #2 Â Posted June 20, 2023 (edited) I have no experience with the a7c but i would be surprised if the lens intrudes when it is mounted on the adapter. Easy to check if you have both. BTW the lens doesn't touch anything on my Kolari mod a7r2 + VME adapter. Edit: I mean the Macro-Elmar-M 90/4 from 2003 (11633 or 11634), not the Elmar 90/4 collapsible from the fifties (ILNOO) that i did not try. DadDadDaddyo Posted June 20, 2023 Share #4  Posted June 20, 2023 (edited) Another owner of both 90s referenced above. These answers are exactly correct. The Macro Elmar-M 90mm is a wonderful lens, excellent for far more than just portraits and (near) Macro! Superb when traveling! Compact, versatile, and very well built. One of the greats! The older collapsible 90 stays on one of my M4s.
