Whenever I connect the camera through USB cable to the computer (iMac 27' 2019), camera on OFF, it doesn't charging at all. All the settings are as suggested by instruction manual. You can somewhat circumvent that by turning it on, waiting for the LED on the bottom to indicate it's charging and then turning it off. It will keep charging.
