I read on the Leica Forum (under one of the threads) that they could not update.  Solution was to delete current app and install Vers 4.0.  Hope this helps.

I just updated my FOTOS app to 4.0 and it says none of my cameras are supported. I only have the Q2 synced so I guess the Q2 will not get Leica Looks.
