just tried the combo SL2-s with the Panasonic 2x Tele Converter and the Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90.
Works great, both optically and mechanically.

No Idea, but if "the hole" on the back side of the lens is identical deep to the 24-90 then it should word.
The APO Summicron SL 75 doesn't fit

Just an important correction. 
As I only used the x2 TC on the 24-90mm between 70 and 90mm I did not see that it doesn’t not work below 40mm.
The inside of the lens touches then the TC when going below 40mm focal length.
So take care when you attach the SL 24-90 to the TC, first put the focus length of the lens to e.g. 90mm and then don’t go below e.g. 50mm
