These are from the Saturn 35 on a full spectrum body. First shot is IR Chrome and the 2nd is 720 IR.

Thank you. I am quite amazed by the tiny lineup of Saturn anamorphic lenses. They actually seem to be better corrected than the Venus series lenses, which are twice the size. If anyone is on the fence, don’t hesitate. There isn’t a better full frame anamorphic choice out there for the money, especially considering the small size. They would be great on L mount cameras with anamorphic support.

Yes, the distortion is definitely there, but that’s pretty much par for the course. I also have access to Cooke and Orion anamorphics and the distortion is there on all of them. The Sirui & Cooke lenses have pincushion distortion and the Orions have barrel. As you probably know, distortion and especially skew will be much worse if the camera isn’t perfectly level.
