Anyone tried this with  your MA? or ...just film camera as I am sure they are all the same in terms of frame lines....

I have this lens and have used it with my M6/MP.

I've used it only on the M10.

But of note, the Voigtlander 75mm f/1.8 Heliar Classic is virtually a direct copy (albeit with modern coatings) of the Leitz 73mm Hektor f/1.9 from 1931 - and itself is also closer to 73mm actual focal length than 75mm (marginally wider field of view by about 2% all around, when compared to 75mm APO-Summicron at 3m/10 feet)

I owned a Hektor 7.3cm for a while - a fun lens on the M240, though a bit niche. That swirly bokeh dominates the look the moment there are small highlights in the background, such as flowers.
