LATE NEWS:

Party Time is almost upon us and on Saturday I plan to confirm dining numbers to the Inn.

If you're a late comer, or you've changed your mind, please advise otherwise the numbers stay at 11 plus the couple who have advised off-line, plus Dave the Grave and his cake maker.

9:30am tea and toast for 10:30am walkabout in the direction of your choice at the Museum of Science and Industry Cafe, Castlefield, Manchester, UK.

It's 4 minutes walk from the Deansgate/GMex tram stop.

The Ox pub is planned for 2pm for lunch and liquid refreshments.

Last tram is 11:30pm. :D

Graeme, you can park on the street by the museum, alternatively if you go past the museum towards Deansgate, and then take a couple of lefts just past the Aerospace museum there are parking spaces. Alternatively if you turn right just after the science museum there are some park and display places. All are free on a Sunday.

I've just realised that it is some time since I booked my place (I was Christmas Marketing in Germany whilst much of the 'joshing' was taking place...) and trust that the booking still stands.

I confirm that I'll be arriving (A55 permitting) between 0930 and 1030 even though it means rising in the cold at 06.00 - its been freezing all day here and has got even colder since it got dark! Still, the forecast for tomorrow is cold but sunny.

I'll have a Miliched CV12 f5.6 with me if anyone is interested...

All confirmed.

Turn up as and when. Tables are confirmed; Pete has been to the Cash Point.

9:30 am for 10:30 'ish.

David Stephens will be there and he'll be offering a Christmas discount on new stock. :D

Good to meet you all.

Regards,

Rolo

Dave and Mrs Dave in the Ox. Not too sharp, but in my defence it was 1/15th with a 50 Summicron. Dave's the ugly one on the right just in case you were curious.

Thanks for the use of the Leica, 50mm Summicron R lens, Steve.

No shutter speed data available, but slooow methinks.

Tricky to use for a newbie.
