M10R cannot connect to leica fotos

i just trade M10P for M10R and then go out for some test run and found out that my leica fotos app did not read a qr code on camera screen .
i'm not sure how to fix this and try to contact app service but still no respond so os there is a manual way to connect to leica fotos app

Start by deleting the app from your device -completely- , remove it from your network list and reinstall. Follow the instructions for installing and connecting to the letter.

t try to  remove leica fotos and reinstall for a few time and check that i did not connect camera to wifi list and my phone won't read a qr code still don't know how to fix it this did not happen when i use M10P

Well at least the problem isnt with your m10r

yep at least my m10r is normal by the way i find a way to connect with my sony xperia phone by scan a qr code picture on  iphone screen not direct from camera screen , very strange by at least my problem is fix
