Advertisement Posted February 27, 2023 Posted February 27, 2023 Hi Adam Bonn, Take a look here 50mm Summilux ASPH vs. 50mm Summicron (v4 or v5). I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Scrapbook Posted February 27, 2023 Share #42 Posted February 27, 2023 You have got Summilux 50mm Asph? Then you don't need a Summicron 50mm, but an additional old Summarit 5cm 1.5. Claus
hdmesa Posted February 28, 2023 Share #43 Posted February 28, 2023 I'm in the process of repurchasing M lenses after having sold them all a year ago. Even though I love both the 50 Cron v5 and the 50 Lux ASPH, I decided to repurchase the Cron first since this one came up for sale. Even though the 50 Cron v5 is no longer made in silver, they are available on used market for between $1.8K-$2.1K USD in mint condition. The brass exterior really makes this lens feel more premium than the lighter black version, otherwise they are identical. Balance is good when holding the camera. When the camera is sitting on a flat surface, it sits flat but is a bit easy to tip forward. Welcome, dear visitor!
