Replacements for Leica BP-DC1 batteries for the Digilux 2 and 3 are available on eBay. I bought some from https://www.ebay.com/usr/trhou-97 (I'm not affiliated) and was happy to find them for my D2, a legendary camera.

Searching "digilux 2 battery" or "digilux 3 battery" will give many options. Usually Kastar branded, I did see an OEM charger and battery listed right now
