Advertisement (gone after registration)

Apologies if this has been asked before but being new to Leica and the app I’m confused with the file formats and sizes. When I bought the camera and set it to DNG only I got large DNG files to transfer.
 

However now I am trying DNG and JPEG it seems I’m getting full size JPEG but only preview DNGs?
 

Please could someone explain and should I just go back to DNG?
