Just received a 7artisans LM-L close focus adapter from Amazon (79 EUR in France).
Allows for using M lenses on L-mount cameras at about 20cm closer distance than MFD depending upon the focal length of the lens.
Contrary to Elpro or similar optical adapters screwed into the filter thread of the lens, there are not optics in close focus adpters that are just rings with helicoids to adjust the distance between the lens and the camera.
Don't expect the same quality as Leica or Voigtlander adapters with the 7art. My copy has some play in the mounts so lenses wobble a bit when mounted on it. Accuracy is not critical though since focusing is achieved through the lens.
The focus ring of the adapter is a bit stiff but fairly well damped and it allows to focus all the way from reduced MFD to infinity together with the focus ring of the lens.
The adapter is not 6-bit coded so coded lenses are treated as uncoded ones on the digital CL. Focus magnification cannot be triggered with the top dials of the camera but the arrows can do the trick as usual with uncoded adapters.
Couple of snaps below to show what the adapter can do at about 30cm focus distance with a CV 35/2 asph, handheld, details in exif data.
I'll do a couple more test pics with FLE 35mm and 50mm lenses when time permits.
Happy snaps and merry Xmas to all 🎅.

Yes thank you for sharing!
How was the fit to the CL body?

Neither stiff nor loose but the adapter wobbles a bit on the body. Sample variation is to consider on inexpensive accessories like this though.
