The church is 13th century in origin, built is 1291, and is closely linked with Wilcot and Oare.The church was rebuilt in 1785, near the foundations of the 13th-century church but in a smaller size; it was again rebuilt in 1878-9. Archaeological work has exposed an aisle chapel and other parts of the original building. Welcome, dear visitor!
