This was my first camera setup back in university , the M8 and this lens which I just cannot recall.

Many years later, i’m now using the M10-D with other lenses but when I look back at the photographs back then, I cannot help but reminisce and admire images from this lens which I had sold long ago.

I know its not clear but would anyone be able to help identify the lens? I would love to buy it again.

Thank you!

I agree,

first picture seems to indicate focussing with a tab.

The lens size is "right" excluding Summicron.

Second picture (lens capped, a pity)  shows the aperture ring with center cutout.
