I was driving home this evening and decided to do a few stops along the way to photograph some city lights. My town is undergoing a rapid population influx and there are high rise apartment buildings going up all over. It's got benefits, but the the population increase also has disadvantages. More traffic congestion, more crime, construction noise and debris.

Yes. It's mostly due to Madison being a fast growing tech center. We are home to Epic Systems, the huge health care software company which has been hiring nearly 2,000 people a year and has a local workforce of about 12,000.
