I have way too many 35mm lenses and consider this focal length my go to favorite on my M11M.  That said, I spent three weeks in Korea with my main lens and a Zeiss Biogon c 21mm f/4.5 and red filter.  The 21mm spent a lot of time on my camera.  I shot a lot zone focused using the hyperfocal distance.  Some images were from the hip, but most used the Visoflex 2.  I’m not a fan of composing on the rear screen, but you certainly could do this.  I have a mix of Leica, Zeiss and Voigtlander lenses and would not trade my  c for any other lens..and I have multiple 21mm lenses..  You seem to have a rather vague sense of what focal length you want.  This is an ideal reason to rent a lens.i
