Just recently got a Q2M and have been trying it out.

The bikes in the photo are all donated to a downtown business that teaches people how to fix bikes (for free) and then they are allowed to take the bike they fix. This person, whose name I don't recall is one of the bike Mechanics that teaches volunteers.
