Advertisement Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 Hi JBA, Take a look here I Love My M6!. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
PJRiley Posted February 28, 2008 Share #82 Posted February 28, 2008 I finally got my M6 in the mail today!! I can't believe the build quality, overall feel and the viewfinder. Black M6TTL .85 in like-new condition. My birthday is coming up in March and I have waited a long time for a Leica...why am I getting the feeling my grand old Nikon D2h warhorse is going to be spending a lot more time in the stable... I live in a rural area that's 3 hours away from a Leica store, so had to trust my instincts to buy this camera. I'm in awe of it, and I haven't even shot it yet! kenneth Posted June 11, 2008 Share #98 Posted June 11, 2008 I received a box of prints this morning from Ilford and eagerly opened it with anticipation as this was my first film (FP4) through my newly acquired M6/ 35mm Summicron asph camera. I must say I am delighted by the cross section of subjects taken which include interior shots at the recent Cartier Bresson exhibition in Bradford, architectural shots in Bradford and Leeds and interior shots at home. I am sorry that I cannot post images as I don't possess the necessary equipment to do this and I am not sure I can afford it or have the desire to digitise . I might have to look into B&W processing again. I did post some of this message on the customer forum but I guess this forum feels more like home. I guess I need to check out what is available in enlarging lenses these days, I wonder do Leitz still make them?
