michaelwj Posted April 30, 2017 Share #1161 Posted April 30, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Steve, a black M6 will be black chrome on Ni on Zn. It will very slowly wear to Ni and then Zn but it will take decades. As far as I know there were no black paint M6s. Only some M6 TTLs.

osman44 Posted May 1, 2017 Share #1163 Posted May 1, 2017 Oh boy! Just unboxed this little beauty. Can't wait to put some film through it, but that will have to be at the weekend sadly. It has the .58 viewfinder which is perfect for use with my glasses. I am currently on the market for a 50, how is the viewfinder blockage with this lens?

Tytan Posted May 22, 2017 Share #1171 Posted May 22, 2017 Dear owners of the LEICA M6 TTL 0.85 BLACK "DIE LETZTEN 999 M6" or the M6 TTL 0.85, any issues with view finder flare? Also, I'm mostly a 50mm shooter ... very rarely will I put on a 35mm. Would the 0.85 suit me well? My other film body is a M7 0.72 ... I've no experience with a 0.85. Thanks all..

Tytan Posted June 9, 2017 Share #1179 Posted June 9, 2017 Quick question ... what is the type of leather cladding that's on the M6 TTL Black Paint Millenniums? Is it Vulkanit? If so, is it the same type of Vulkanit used for the current a la carte orders? Thanks.
Guest Posted June 9, 2017 Share #1180 Posted June 9, 2017 It's more similar to the leatherette found on the M7.
