Lelmer Posted May 10, 2023 Share #21 Posted May 10, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thanks for your reply. In the meantime, I noticed the problem only occurs with color photo's containing a lot of details. Although the forum dimensions/size are respected, the upload is failing. I then reduce the longest dimension down to 2,000 pixels, and it works.

But that 5MB is is still reduced to the 'normal' stored sizes, so to me it just in convenience, now I can use C1 easily - while in LR exporting can be done with a max file size. So there is still a lot of compression going on when storing the posts. 1.4MB posted, 770 KB when opened again Welcome, dear visitor! For that kind of image, the subject matter and composition matter more than technical quality IMO.
Alberti Posted July 4, 2023 Share #24 Posted July 4, 2023 Yes, I'm happy. I think my image quality after selecting (clicking the preview) is most often great. Interestingly, sometimes my preview is sharp, sometimes fuzzy. I have not found out why. I use either LR or C1. The posts above had Red Bull inside. Probably that helps ☺️. andybarton Posted July 4, 2023 Share #25 Posted July 4, 2023 Don’t forget that if you click on an image twice it will show in its full size.
