The people at Leica Beverly Hills were unable to make it work and claimed that as far as they knew that was it. The reply I got from Leica (Wetzlar) on 11/16/22 is this: "The Leica D-Lux 7 connects exclusively in the program automatic mode P. Missing settings such as zoom, ISO etc. are planned for future versions, please be patient". As far as I can tell all one can do is use it as a remote shutter button.
