Let's keep the good old camera store fronts and interiors alive! Classic type stores preferred, new style also acceptable but must be interesting.
Leica shops very much desired!
Do not forget to write the location (name of store, town/country).
I'll start.

Central Camera, Chicago.

I cannot say loud enough how much of a mensch Mr. Albert Flesch is, what he did for me was truly extraordinary and I will be forever grateful. I wrote him the moment his store got burned down and helped as much as I could.

I don't have a photo, but no camera store in the US is as iconic as Studio City Camera Exchange in the Los Angeles area.  (Photos with its black and yellow marque can be found with an internet search.)  Studio City Camera Exchange was founded in 1944 by Benno Thorsch who was one of the founders of Kamera Werkstatten (KW) in Dresden in 1919.  Being a German-Jew he emigrated to the US.  Studio City Camera Exchange remained in the Thorsch family until it closed in 2006.  I believe the marque has been preserved although I do not know where.

Another epic one, gone from its long standing location on 5040 Biscayne (where the roof leaked on stormy days).

Leica C typ 112, f8, 1/60s, ISO 320  (Trying to avoid getting vehicles in the frame and snapped a pedx instead :) )

(An M6TTL in the window plus several Leica lenses.  I should never have sold my X-Pan - they have one with the 45mm lens at £4k! :scary: )

One of the photo stores in Paris on Boulevard Beaumarchais, possibly at the moment of writing (according to internet and Google reviews) the worst camera shop in town.
