Max EPR Posted October 2, 2022 Share #1 Â Posted October 2, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm looking for some feedback. My one year old Summilux M 28mm f1.4 has 2 quirks and I am curious if they are simply characteristics? 1. The front portion of the lens, the FLE section, has some very very slight up & down movement that is barely audible, but audible if I move the camera/lens in a up & down motion. 2. The focus ring is much stiffer than my other M lenses (50mm & 75mm) The lens functions and focuses perfectly. Does any one have a similar situation or advice? Thanks. Max EPR Posted October 4, 2022 Author Share #6  Posted October 4, 2022 I took the lens to my local Leica Store. It was sent to N.J. for a CLA. I should have it back in 4 to 6 weeks. Leica always handles things very professionally.
