I was shooting out in the back garden and this chipmunk suddenly poked it's head out of an opening in the downspout.

Very cute.  At our prior house we'd eat breakfast and lunch in our back yard whenever weather permitted.  We were amused each day to observe the chipmunks, and found they eventually became accustomed enough us to pass by quite closely.

I think this little one was waiting for me to feed him. After a bit he left with no food. :(
