Popular Post Boojay Posted February 1, 2022 Popular Post Share #13063 Posted February 1, 2022 Probably an image overload but tomorrow my little CL will be on the way to Wetzler, was happy to have some sunshine today to use it, even though it was a bit taped together. It showed its first signs of old age over the weekend when I suddenly realised I had lost the right wheel cover and button. I then spent an hour or so searching the riverbank, picked up too many squished rabbit poos (yuck), thinking they looked like a round black thing, but there was no finding it, and apparently it's impossible to put one back on without the camera being opened up anyway. So, maybe the last ones from me here for a while, I'm already having separation anxiety🙃. CL and 60 TL on my dog walk today. Charlie loves to bury himself in the leaves Welcome, dear visitor! By the sea on a sidewalk, I noticed a bunch of photographers fighting to take a shot of something. By curiosity, I went to see what was going on. I saw a man on a boat with his pants down, exposing his naked derriere to the photographers! Later, I learned, it was an American actor, and his name was Jack Nicholson! Jayne, your woodland scene is impressive and hints at so many potential woodland landscapes therein, in the future. Sorry to hear about your CL casualty. Most unusual, unless it accidentally left your hands. Although I do recall an early owner losing his shutter release button while travelling to America with his very new camera. Thank you David, and you are correct I have taken 1,000's of images in that location, it's a beautiful spot, at all times of the year. My little CL has had a lot of use, but has suffered no knocks or drops, I think it was just unfortunate, maybe I caught it getting it in and out of my bag, that day I was using two camera's and swapping them over, hopefully it will soon be fixed. I do have other cameras to use, dog walking each day is always photography time☺️ it's how I relax and clear my head, my me time. The question will be how long will I last without a CL in my hand, not just a camera😃. One more from Wales at the weekend.. to keep the image thread going CL 60 TL Welcome, dear visitor!
