Agreed just spent 20 mins searching for Italian version. There are a number of websites, but most want some money for the download. Again not sure how secure they are.  
Best suggestion is contact Leica support, they’re pretty quick at responding.

Thank you Tommaso, that's what I did. It's not very easy to get it for free. I will try to contact Leica support
