Old thread but I travel with a Billingham 72 . It fits a leica m with lens attached and that's about it, I carry a spare battery in the front pocket and some sd cards. The largest attached lens I've fit is the 28MM Summilux. Charger goes in the bigger bag. It's super well protected and I have a small walkabout bag at the destination

Billingham Avea 8 pocket is a little wide for a body, but great if you have an accessory viewfinder. Length and depth are perfect for a regular-sized lens.

Another possibility - https://www.adorama.com/tthbhbhnv3.html   I carried my Q2 around in this bag today. 

The strap comes off easily and it has sufficient padding for carrying a camera inside another larger bag.  Excellent option, reasonable price.
