In my experience virtually all flashes (at least post-WWII) fit on virtually all cameras - except for the different electronic systems and electric connections. Leica uses two configurations - one for the Panaleicas and one for the "true" (in no way. meant negatively) Leicas, like M, L,Q,CL,TL and SL series. What is the reason for your question? Are you looking for the proper Hot Shoe cover? If so, the one for the Q fits perfectly and are available at Leica Store Miami and B+H Photo.
