Very nice, Paul.  I suspect a crop removing all that's to the left of the supers would work well, as well as cropping just below the Clarks sign.

Thanks, Stuart. It probably would be an improvement, but in the end this is just a scribble in my notebook rather than fine art!
I also quite like the woman on the left. She saw what I was doing (although I was very quick) and smiled as I walked on. A sort of compositional meta-element😉.

The woman to the left is an important element of this image because of her expression of amusement.
