A lot of 5000 Summitars was produced at 760001 to 765000, in 1949. This is also about the time Leitz switched from the serial prefix of No to Nr.    But the spacing between the prefix and the start of the serial, 76xxxx is suspect. Also the spacing of the N to the r. is off.  Not sure what happened, or why the extra "2" digit. Maybe a factory day after a big October fest night.

the Elmar 9 cm looks more normal... and so the IIIf BD body...  number correct,, some dent on the top :  for what I can see, no risk of Russian origin 😁 , price interesting, even if the “all in good condition” is maybe optimistic. I never bought cameras on ebay, so no much to add on my side ; the Summitar's oddities aren't easily explicable... as noted before there is some oddity also in the spacing of the characters... a factory error is possible: other (rare) cases of "wrong numbering" are reported : i remember distincly a 135 in which the (correct) number was written twice... ☺️
