Advice Needed With Identifying Leica/Leitz items

Hi to all

i have inherited a lot of vintage Leitz/Leica lenses, i have tried to identify them but some cannot be found. Does anyone know anyone in the UK that could advise me please because so far all I have experienced is people trying to 'take them off my hands' when asking for help. At this point im just researching!

Most are still in the original red and white boxes some are in a different colour box

If you share the serial number and text on the front ring of the lenses, we can tell you a lot more about them.

The forum cannot give a valuation of the lenses, but this thread offers an insight in what can be done.

And be sure that there is NO PLACE like this forum to get trustable, deep, unbiased infos on anything around Leica gear !! 😀 No one is, basically, interested in "taking them off your hands" (in case, anyway, some of us could spproach you politely by personal message) : sharing knowledge is our main driver.
