Photoshop Elements 2022 will not display the complete DNG file........

Recently I acquired a Q2, 47MP, and a trial copy of PSE.

I use 'Open in Camera Raw'

PSE will not display the complete DNG file just a cropped version, on loading an orange triangle with an exclamation mark within appear in the top RH corner for a few seconds.

My understanding is that it should display a complete image but of lower resolution.

I came across this vis Google.......

It means that the image you are trying to work on is very high resolution, so adobe raw gives you a lower resolution to work with while the higher resolution is rendered.

Is there a work-around for this or perhaps a limitation of PSE or perhaps a limitation of the 30 day free trial.

On the other hand I have Luminar 4 which not only displays the entire image but with 'field curvature' and vignetting to boot, the whole RAW file.

TIA

I do not have PSE.  And it is always hard to tell if a trial version has full capability.

Based on my use of Bridge/ACR/Photoshop this is what I recommend trying.  Since you are opening a .dng file, do not use "Open in Camera Raw", just use "Open".  Open in Camera Raw is to allow .jpg files (files that actually have images) to use a limited set of the ACR tools.  .dng is a raw file and does not contain an image and always starts in ACR when Opened in Photoshop.
