Popular Post 91ststudios Posted January 17, 2022 Popular Post Share #1 Posted January 17, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) In the Fall, I got the call from Leica DC that they had a used V4 Noctilux. I could not resist the urge to buy my dream lens and take it with me on a quick trip to NYC. I was terrified that I'd miss focus, but surprisingly almost everything was in. While I feel like the noctilux defeats the purpose of a small camera, I cannot help but feel that it is the closest look to the Zeiss 80mm on the Contax 645. It is simply stunning. This image is with an M6 TTL, Portra 400, and was dev/scanned by Indie Film Lab. Welcome, dear visitor! Just nice to have a similar look for travel though. Carrying the 645 with 80 on trips takes up so much space.
