Sorry to go back to this just one more time - but it corrects what I said before. The New York Times WON this 1978 case - based on freedom of expression.

Damn it, I just convinced my brown eyed daughter to sue Van Morrison 😇

Summertime weather patterns are beginning to set in here in the Bay Area. My son and I went on a walk in the Presidio and I took some pictures of the Golden Gate. Fog was fairly thick, obviously, but it gave a fun mood to the images.

Standard London picture…

Stitched vertical panorama of two shots, mainly to test how that worked with Capture One.  50mm Summicron  didn’t quite nail focus

I really like this b/w conversion. If I didn’t want to limit myself with the amount of presets I would try Mastin Labs.

In the past I bought to many presets (many cheap) but mostly are being ignored.

I am now trying another brand and hope to get some consistent look in my images across the cameras I have.

less presets makes life easier i guess, but I always liked ML though I never bought them.

Cobalt also have very good presets and film emulations: https://www.cobalt-image.com/film-emulations/

Thanks. The TMAX P3200 sim was in their Day & Night pack along with Cinestill 800T (which includes a Photoshop action for the halation). I have a lot of presets from a lot of different places, but Mastin Labs are the only ones I end up using. Their Ektar preset is still my favorite.
