This is my first time trying a new K&F Concepts 39mm variable neutral density filter. I really like how in live mode you can see the shutter time change as you rotate the filter. I was able to go from 2 seconds to about 30 seconds. This is about 3 seconds at F16 with the 28mm Elmarit. This is a really small filter - so takes up no space in the bag...

Sciora, Piz Cengalo and Piz Badile in the evening light

This picture was merged from 3 hand-held shots taken with the 50mm Apo-Summicron M in portrait orientation. Behind the huts and autumnal trees view goes to the impressive mountains of Sciora group, Piz Cengalo and Piz Badile. It was quite close to sunset so the scene was very contrasty. I first added a linear gradation filter in Lightroom, opened the picture in Photoshop, masked the sky but the mask was containing a lot of snowy parts of the mountains which I had to remove manually. Finally I edited the sky with an adjustment layer with an additional gradation curve.

This looks really good blown up - the small one doesn't do it justice at all - almost looks soft until you click on it and see it full size...

I just saw this photo again. It's a striking image, and in my opinion a world-class one. Think National Geographic, etc.

ISO 40 000, quite good! Denoize in Lightroom. Just a quick test shot after I upgraded the firmware. ZM Biogon 21/2.8.

First picture post here - go easy! ;)

First day out with the M11, and first time using an M.  Was a bit overwhelmed, had a few technicals, rushed, and mostly produced pics for the bin. But figured I should post at least one image here after all my other posts.  Thanks again for the help and advice - proved very useful although no doubt I forgot a lot of it.
