??? I am certainly not insulting him. He does have scars on his face. I know him and photographed him several times! I am very surprised of your comment!….

He is a very respected person of the Cuban community, has his own court and I used that topic from the famous movie with Al Pacino. I think he was a boxer when younger.

before they restored the arch in Washington Square (Greenwich Village) the image of Washington had so deteriorated due to pollution and the elements that it looked almost exactly like Noriega.
