Appears to me to be a circa '60's 50 1.4 Nikkor.  It wasn't as sharp as the 50 f2.

Correct. The lens is in a reasonalbe condition so I was tempted and couldn't resist finally. I'm not experienced with Nikkor lenses but I will try in the next days when the weather gets better.

Stuart, next to a Leica C-Lux I added a Panasonic LX15 (LX10). The lens indicates LEICA DC VARIO SUMMILUX 1:1.4-2.8 / 8.8-26.4 ASPH. Is it also allowed to post images in this thread?
