Well, this should be interesting!  I'm thinking Only Leica Knows... but I'm going to guess maybe the M11?  I have nothing else to do that Thursday evening, so I'm going to go to this.  I better leave my credit card at home tho!

I'm guessing, but the M11 appears to be the most likely candidate.

For those of us who live hours and hours from the nearest Leica store I think it is a pity that Leica isn't doing this via live stream. Leica is shutting out many loyal customers by making this an in-person event. 

What ever they are unveiling it will be fun to see the reactions here and elsewhere.

It could still happen. There’s plenty of time still to make a live event announcement and they are just giving people more time to get organised for small in person events.

If they have a new version of CL, (or a APS-C) I am sure they can have a much bigger number of sells than with M(11)!.....

My guess: approx 40mp CL2 with IBIS or an M11 with built in EVF with simulated RF option, and IBIS. 

Were I involved in venture capital - and I sometimes am - this is what I would have wanted the brand to produce.

My hope is not too much change beyond sensor size and better imaging if it is indeed M.

Leica should just stick to putting all of the digital whiz bangs into the other lines but leave the M line manual focus rangefinders alone. Not that I'll worry too much. I have my M2 and M-D 262 and I'm sticking with them until they are "pried from my cold, dead hands!" 💀🤛🤛
