I always hesitate to crop 35mm film as the grain can become distracting but here is a crop version of the sign painter.

The original is better since in my opinion the image does not maintain IQ quite well enough cropped that closely.  I suspect cropping just to the right of the stepstool, and about half of the floor will make this really strong while preserving IQ
