Another great catch of a law abiding person.

for me clearly too much hustle and bustle and contradiction in this scene

which is easy to recognize in this photo ......   more unfortunately not       -    a shame

Interesting to note how the woman to the left of the sitting guy is guarding her purse.

How did you end up on the other side of the police line?

I assume this barricade was set up  to  control people from leaving or entering from  this location  and had to  check in  and  out at the other end . Nice shot.

If it's a street fair the barricade is just for vehicular traffic.

Brent, Henry - thanks. Stuart is correct in that cars were being controlled while humans could wander about so I was able to position as  needed.
