No, my friend, I am really not. I only tried to help! On the second thought, that cafe may have the name of " La Parisienne ". ;) Which is quite common! ;)

Lovely.

Years ago, in road & track magazine's last page, they had a photo of a Renault model sold in the US as "Le Car," and it was crushed nearly flat, but still showed the "Le Car" lettering on the rocker panel .  the photo's caption read something to the effect of, "The French Ministry of Language attempts to stamp out Franglais."

David, this is what I suggested in my second response. “ La Parisienne”, or any other town resident, is commonly used as a name for a restaurant or cafe. My remark was only if it was used as an adjective. :)
