Advertisement Posted October 14, 2021 Posted October 14, 2021 Hi viramati, Take a look here Cafe Parisienne. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Louis Posted October 14, 2021 Share #2 Posted October 14, 2021 Nice catch! ( David, the word "cafe" being masculine in French, Parisien takes one "n" and no "e" at the end! )

I only tried to help! On the second thought, that cafe may have the name of " La Parisienne ". Which is quite common!

stuny Posted October 15, 2021 Share #6 Posted October 15, 2021 Lovely. Years ago, in road & track magazine's last page, they had a photo of a Renault model sold in the US as "Le Car," and it was crushed nearly flat, but still showed the "Le Car" lettering on the rocker panel . the photo's caption read something to the effect of, "The French Ministry of Language attempts to stamp out Franglais."

David, this is what I suggested in my second response. “ La Parisienne”, or any other town resident, is commonly used as a name for a restaurant or cafe. My remark was only if it was used as an adjective.
