fotografr Posted September 24, 2021 Share #5 Posted September 24, 2021 (edited) Really excellent shots. The second image stands out for me because you can actually see the butterfly sucking up the nectar. What lens and camera are you using? Michael Geschlecht Posted September 25, 2021 Share #6 Posted September 25, 2021 (edited) Hello Allemande, Nice photos. The black in the wings & the red of the plant looks like the lens was a135mm f4 Tele-Elmar. Best Regards, Michael Edited September 25, 2021 by Michael Geschlecht

fotografr Posted September 25, 2021 Share #8 Posted September 25, 2021 Ece, thank you for the camera/ lens info. I have just been looking at the specs for that lens. Is it actually less than 7" long? That's very compact for such a powerful tele.

Brent, I measure it 7" to the lens cap, and 7 1/4" including the lens cap. It is quite compact and I am already loving it even in this learning phase. ☺️ Ece

But on the Lumix G9 I really like it because it works without any fuss and delivers for me.
