Shocked by dust on the sensor after ~20 minute shooting session (admittedly on a sand dune). Was super careful - didn't change the lens and kept the camera off the sand. I can only assume that the 24-90 sucked in from the air. Just sent it back for a sensor clean. Anyone else experienced this?

Why are you shocked? That's what happens when shooting on a sand dune, the fine dust in the air is like talcum powder it gets in everywhere. I've spent hours cleaning cameras & lenses after trips into the Namib Desert.

Here's the technique I use. Take your time & don't rush the job:
