Image #1 - from the traditional, easily accessible & established wooden walkway viewpoint. SL / 16-35 S.V.E. JZG Welcome, dear visitor! Advertisement Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 Hi John Z. Goriup, Take a look here Grand Prismatic springs, Yellowstone N.P.. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
John Z. Goriup Posted September 10, 2021 Author Share #2 Posted September 10, 2021 .....and another view, from almost exactly halfway around the other side of the feature, about halfway to the top of the hill in the background go image #1. The trail to the new viewing spot was just widened, cleared and the new viewing platform constructed last year. Unfortunately, it has now become practically impossible to take photos of this area without including some evidence of manmade structures and people in the image, loosing a lot of the wilderness feeling of the past. Same camera & lens. JZG Welcome, dear visitor!
