D-lux type109:need Leica image shuttle, Fotos don't work

Hello from Italy.

I have a D-lux typ-109 and I have on previous smartphone Leica image shuttle app. 

Recently I had change smartphone with other also Android. Unfortunately in Goggle backup there isn't this app and I am not able to found it in Google store or in Leica website.

Can you help me ? I have tried new app Fotos ,but don't work. Camera don't recognize it and on its screen write that ,Image shuttle don't exist !

I know this question was asked long ago. I got so fed up with the Leica Fotos app not working that I ended up contacting Leica directly and there was discussion over three months to resolve it.

The app does work but there is a counterintuitive step to take.

Contact Leica directly to get the information (I haven’t used the app for a while now so can’t remember the exact detail). Once I got the hang of it, it was much easier.
